Owners Rick and Terri Willcut are native Oklahomans and have resided in the Tulsa area for the past 30 years. In 1999, they established Willcut Properties, a very successful luxury home building business based in Tulsa.

Giving Back to the Community

Rick and Terri were the proud sponsors of the 2008 concept home benefiting the “Make a Wish Foundation” and the 2008 and 2009 “St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway.”

They, along with many generous subcontractors and suppliers, raised over one million dollars for the children at St. Jude Research Hospital. Rick and Terri personally donated over $100,000 in land and services for this deserving cause.
